Nailfair (“Nailfair”, “we”, “us”) is a nail-industry marketplace that connects nail technicians, salon owners, suppliers, manufacturers, brands and service providers across the United States — with job listings, professional profiles, a business directory, classifieds, events and more. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you use our website or mobile app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you purchase a paid plan (Premium, Professional), your card and payment details are processed directly by our third-party provider Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We only keep the transaction information we need (plan purchased, date, status, and the last 4 digits of the card if applicable).

To provide “Nearby” features, we may collect your precise or approximate location — only when you grant permission. You can turn off location permission at any time in your device settings.

The Service may integrate third-party tools (maps, analytics, payments). Your use of those services may be governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend that you read them.
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with the law, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized, except where the law requires us to retain it (for example, financial transaction records).
