First thin coat of CE4-04, cured 60 seconds, no magnet. Second, slightly fuller coat. Before it cures, hold a cat eye magnet about 2 mm above the wet gel for three to five seconds without touching it. Cure that nail at once, one nail at a time; the pigment drifts as soon as the magnet moves away. Full cure 60 to 90 seconds. Seal with a glossy gel top coat and cure. What does HEMA-free mean here? Lavis formulates CE4-04 without HEMA, the small monomer most often named in gel reactions, and without TPO, the photoinitiator that cures the gel. That is an exclusion, not a guarantee that no one reacts. How is it removed? A normal gel soak-off: file the top thin, wrap in acetone, wait, push the softened gel away. Never pry.
